All time Rudeness - So shocking that I thought it was a prank call

I woman named Keletso called my workplace looking for my colleague. I have never experienced so much untriggered rudeness in my life. Its like being rude for her is a sport! She talks over me and doesn't allow me to finish my sentences. When I ask her where she is calling from she say "the lawyers" instead of the name of her company. She hung up while I was talking to her. I called her back to address her rudeness, affording her the chance to make amends but she was just worse. I have spoken to people from MBD they are polite and professional. MDB do not allow one person to ruin your image
