Please update my information as you have been paid in full. you were always calling me none stop when you wanted your money. Why is it taking sooo flipping long to update an account settled in February?? i was told some information will be mailed to me but till this day i have never received anything from you guys, you don't even bother to respond to the emails i sent to you! Your call center agents are only good at yelling and demanding nonsense. REMOVE MY INFORMATION ON YOUR DAMN SYSTEM! YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SETTLED!!
