MBD continues to harass me daily despite knowing that my matter with the RAF and GEMS is not resolved. I therefore asked the consultant who called me today, whether she can even see on the system that I've been in regular communication with MBD and GEMS in the past few weeks and the matter is still pending. Deeeeehhhhh, she says. I repeat "Can you even see that information on your system?". Duuuuuuuuh, she says. So I ask again, "Did someone make a note there to show that I am still working on this matter?" So, guess what, she did not say "yes" or "no". SHE PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME.
