Agents with attitude and Insults..

I have just received a call from a girl with stinking attitude, I'm telling her I have never had Virgin active, talking over me, screaming at me basically and ended up saying In isizulu that she feels sorry for me, I think I'm educated cause I can speak English like hello how do you train your staff? Why are you calling me?
