Agent insists he will be rude because I'm playing a game
Absolutely rude call center agent.. EDWIN from MBD insists that he will be rude to me because he is calling from the attorneys.. What makes him above law.. I have made an arrangment to make a monthly payment of R500 a month of which I am doing so stop harrasing me or get a more suitable agent to call me not one that argues over the phone and cuts the call pathetic!! And relook at my details I am a Mr not a Miss
