AGENT ATTITUDE

I am repeatedly receiving calls from this company asking for a Monique van wyk this is bordering on HARRASMENT on numerous occasions I have advised them that this phone does not belong to her as I do not know who that is I received a call today on 17/11/2015 @ 14.23 and was called out of a meeting the phone was answered as \MARILYNS PHONE HELLO"if you listen to the call recording it will show that. when I advised the agent that this is now disturbing my work and need my number removed the agent refused saying that he will not remove it until they get in touch with Monique Van Wyk HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW WHO THIS IS when I wanted to speak to the manager the agent advised that they are in a meeting and he cannot call them the agent INSINUATED I AM LYING about who I am when I advised that I will hold till the manager is available the agent said HE HAS ALOT OF WORK TO DO AND HE WILL TERMINATE THE CALL I REPEATEDLY ADVISED HIM I WILL REPORT HIM IF HE HANGS UP AGENT HUNG UP ON ME ... I WANT A MANAGER TO CALL ME TO RECTIFY THIS IMMEDIATELY AND I WANT THE CALL LISTENED TO AND A FORMAL APOLOGY I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED !!! Marilyn Moonsamy"""
