After stroke no income - but everyday get harrased

Good day,<br> My father had a stroke in 2013. Which he could not work - the company that he worked for did not give him any salary after 10 Feb 2013 the day after the stroke. He was a commission earner highly qualified and life turned on him. With hardly any income he and my mother takes it day by day - my mother was her whole life a daymother, looking after other peoples children to earn an extra something to give towards the house. I have notified MBD so many times that the account that was handed over from vodacom was for the company he worked for internet - he can not touch a computer after the stroke, he is declared disabled. I have forwarded the dr's note but still no joy. There is not one day going by that they do not harass my mother or me with a sms or email. After explaining so many times - what do I do? My mother is so stressed she cries everytime that happens, and now for some reason another attorney also contacted her and myself. Is this what it has become in South Africa that we do not care about one another? I have given the companies details and the Manager that said they will pay for it's number but they do not contact him???? PLEASE ASSIST ME ???
