Adding more charges on payed account

On September 2017 I received an sms from MBD saying I am owing R846.50 for my tv licence. At the end of the month I made a payment of R100 . On November 2017 I received an sms saying I owe R773.00 and R2775 .00 with a different ref number. I payed R773.00 on the 7th December 2017.I called the office to remove my name on the system for the R2775 amount that I do not know. The consultant havent done so and now they are calling me saying that I owe a further R 97.00 on my account and sending sms for a outstanding R2775. I am tired of this people calling and adding amounts on my account that I are riddiculars if you pay them they ask for more.
