Acknowledging Complaints and Rectifying Issues

After logging my complaint on HelloPeter that MBD was wrongfully harassing me via SMS and phone call, claiming that I owed money for services I've never used in my life, I was very pleased that they immediately removed my number from their records, and I have not received a single message or call from them since. I appreciate them acknowledging my complaint and taking action.
