Acknowledgement of arrangement letter

My current debt with Standard Bank was handed over to MBD. I called MBD to make arrangements to pay after I have secured employment.

A prospective employer can only employee me if I can provide proof that I have made an arrangement with MBD to settle my debt.

MBD refuses to grant me any acknowledgement until I have made 3 payments.

How can I make 3 payments if I do not have a job?

I now probably have no chance of getting the job and will be unable to fulfill my arrangement with MBD.
