Accusation of a debt that is not even mine

Their debt collectors started harassing on 6 july 2022 me for a vodacom debt on a number that is not even mine. They insist in me sending proof (bank statements vodacom statements) to prove that I don't own the number or owe any money. Who in their right mind would send personal info to someone who phones them out of the blue? Vodacom did not issue any debt collection action against me. So who has obtained this bogus information about me? It all sounds like a big **** to me. I have reported them to vodacom *****. Also lodging a complaint with the debt collectors council and the credit ombudsman. Bmd, Please get your facts right. I have no arrears. I will get a restraining order for harassment. Your debt collector is violating every code of conduct and the popi act and the consumer protection act. I have sought legal advice and I know my rights. It seems that you people even disregard legal sworn affidavits from what I read in the complaints about you. How unprofessional and shameful that you treat people so disgustingly Remember, whatever you sow you will reap.. I wouldn't advise you to make any more contact with me unless you have got your facts right and are phoning to apologize. I even found out the name of the owner of the cell number you are accusing me of owing on. If I can do that, surely you can? Get your facts right. Sandra morgan
