Accounts problem

<p>Good Day</p> <p>Ref : ********** ********** 74</p> <p> </p> <p>This account is settled as per arrangement made with the call centre agent , i made my 4 monthly instalments ( per debit order) now i receive an sms that i have a balance of R302.00. Please listen to your call recordings, i specifically asked the agent who called me if all charges are inclusive of the debit order amount he is setting up.
