Account wrongly debited

Unauthorised debit order was debited on my account form October 2014 until December 2014. My account number was used by a Mr Khoza (unknown person to me) to pay his accounts managed by MBD Attorneys.<br> Joyce send me an email in January requesting a letter and my bank statement which was send to her, since then I have not heard from her again, she don't answer my e-mails and don't even border to phone *** as they never answer the firkin phone.
