ACCOUNT WAS SETTLED BUT NEVER CLOSED

Good day<br> <br> I have an account that was handed over by FNB.<br> It was Credit Card Account.<br> <br> I made arrangement to settle this account.<br> The account was settled on the 19th of May 2015<br> <br> I had sent 5 email requesting a settlement letter.<br> I have tried calling close to 100 times and have left voicemail after voicemail <br> with no response.<br> <br> The cherry on the top was today when I received a phone call from another attorney saying the <br> my FNB Credit Card have been handed over to them. This account was settled over 4 and a half months ago so where has my money gone.<br> <br> So is this a case of *****? <br> <br> Regards<br> Jason
