Account Tracing

I have been trying to trace the account that was handed over. Standard bank advised that the account is handed over to MBD.

MBD has no record of the account.

I am tired of the back and forth between these two institutions, I would like to make payment arrangement so I can settle this account and get it off my credit record.

Please communicate with Standard bank and have someone call me.
