Account still not closed.

I settled an account with MBD last year August , I requested a letter stating that the account is settled - to this day I have not received the letter and according to Edgars - I still owe them some money. I called MBD a few times since I last paid them and I was told the account will be sorted in 30 days , its been 240 days and its still not sorted.<br> <br> Fix this please and stop sending me annoying emails every second day.
