Account Query No Feedback
I called on the 06. August . 2015, spoke to Mandy Jansen inquiring about the balance on the Morkels account that am current paying off for my brother, Original balance when account was handed over it was R4600, but I have been paying R100 every week from May, when I inquired about the balance last week I was advised it is R 4500 I asked for a statement which they advised they are emailing till to date I haven't received it. Please can I get a Statement as I need to query my billing.
