Account paid up, No paid up letter!!!!

<p>It seems this is how attorneys work these days. In taking more from people who have less!!! You get phone calls, sms's, e-mails constantly and your proof of payments are not allocated but their fees are. My account was paid up last month already. I have sent proof of payment twice, called almost 5 times. Even spoke to a Manager mailed him directly and I still to date do not have my paid up letter.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />It is very easy for You as MBD to judge why people are in their current situation and load and load and load fees as you please and when we ask for proof of phone calls and recordings you never ever like in never ever answer but say we owe you. I paid up once before then after you stated I still owe because your legal fees was not added on last balance given and after this time I am eventually paid up even though my last payment was allocated but second last payment not and you still called me for money.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />When speaking to a consultant I asked for final balance and she said she cant give it to me because she doesnt know if there will still be legal fees owed. Honsestly is this fair!!!!??? If I wanted to pay up and get rid of my debt but you load as you please.....how will I ever have been paid up........</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Getting to the point. I once again ask with tears in my eyes.......I have paid I dont owe anything just send my letter please.......</p>
