Account paid up 7 months ago but still listed ion ITC

<p>I was paying a Markhams account on a monthly basis through MDB Credit solution/Attorney as they are the debt collectors and last year i decide to settle this account in November the 30th, 2016 i called the call centre and i asked for a settlement amount which was R4917.00 according to the call centre agent and i paid it infull the same day, i emailed them to ask for a settlement letter which was given to me only this year in February. i asked them to remove my name on the credit bereur and they said they will but still even today it’s still listed on ITC, the question is what happened to the money I paid.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>They are very quick to call when you owe an account but they move like a chameleon when they have to do thier admin work of removing people ITC</p>
