Account paid in Dec 2014 still not paid or closed

Ok so I receive a call from an incredibly rude individual from MBD attorneys in December 2014 demanding that I pay 3 accounts: Truworths, Foschinis and Mr price. I receive the SMS notification from MBD and make the 3 deposits. I make all 3 deposits on the same day within seconds of each other in that same order - Fist Truworths, then Foschinis and then Mr Price to the account number using the reference numbers sent by MBD - I still have the screenshots of their sms's as proof. Payment was made on 23/12/2014 at 15:34 (at least for the foschinis it was at this time according to my proof of payment). Then in January 2016 I apply for a foschinis account and am told I still have an outstanding amount. After several attemps at clearing this up with Rumana Obaray, it has still not cleared up I have provided proof of payment from my bank that it was paid into MBD attorneys yet they did not close the account with Foschinis and have not apparently paid foschinis - so here I sit with your incompetant staff which do not get back to me & an outstanding account pain in 2014 still showing as outstanding on my name!!! Truworths & mr price have been paid but not foschinis and I paid all 3 same day
