Account overpaid, yet receiving threats
I have been harassed for the past 24 months for a account that I've made timeous payment at the end of each month. MBD just don't have the ability to pick up on payments (or they pretend not to).<br> <br> The result is that my account has now been overpaid by R739.56 and I am still getting calls from your call centre threatening to blacklist me.<br> <br> Please can I have my money that has been overpaid back, AND, please can you stop calling me for more money!<br> <br>
