Account not cleared nor settled
kindly clear my profile on the bureau as when I try to apply for credit with TFG this account reflect as in arrears yet it was settled in 2013 and I received a paid up letter from MBD. I have been calling since 2014 but not getting any response response from MBD.
TFG kindly refer this to your recoveries department for further investigation any kindly provide feedback.
Your prompt assistance will highly be appreciated.
