Account need to be Prescription

I have been calling MBD since last year to remove the defect on my creidt record as it has been there for over 3 years and needs to be prescribed. they say there was arrangments made and therefore can not be prescribed i asked for proof of the arrangements and to date i have not received it and my credit score is still not cleared. Who can i take this up with as i have been calling and at the same asnwer everytime that they will log it with the queries team to look into. I got voice recording promising someone will call me. i spoke to Mduduzi on the 3 Nov and he raised a prescription query which should take 7 days to resolve to date not feedback. on the 23th of Nov my query was still not seen to. I called again and spoke to Tshepo and the same story.
