account matter

i have my truworths account forwarded to MBD attorneys and i had acknoledeged my debt which i made arrangements to pay which was R820 and i went and made a payment at truworths shop C(Protea glen Mall)the beginning of May 2019 , i still told their agents calling me that an amount was made at shop. then on the 4th July i made another payment of R100 with my bank and again another payment of R267,83 was made on the 1 September 2019, but to my understanding that amount id paid in full... funny enough i still receive nasty email and call from you.... please do stop calling me and fix your systems or maybe clear my name there. im still receiving email telling me i owe R 420.08... i am not going to make this payment as i have fully paid you.... i need solution to this matter urgently
