Account in Arrears
<p>I keep getting SMS's from MBD Inc telling me my Edgars account is in arrears. My account is not in arrears. Every time I call them they cannot find the reference number, not my cell number nor my ID number on their system. How the heck do you send out an SMS but nothing is on the system? And their customer care number just keeps ringing. Not Happy!</p>
I called Edgars. The account that is in arrears is for someone else who has put me as next of kin. I am actually not remotely related to the person. why am I getting the SMS? Can they not distinguish between the account holder and someone else?
