Account in Arrears

I've emailed to the email several times to try to make arrangements to pay off my bad debt, no one responds? I get daily phonecalls and sms's, yet no one bothers to respond. I'm unable to contact you as I don't have airtime to phone, and need to make arrangements via email. Please can you send me via sms an email address with whom I can correspond as I cannot answer phone calls.
