ACCOUNT FULLY PAID BUT STILL NOT UPDATED
I have fully paid my account in November 2017 but they still have not updated it. When i check my credit report it still says i owe them. I have called their office several times and no one seems to know whats going on. I even sent emails but no one is replying to my emails.
