ACCOUNT DESPUTE.

I have received an sms from these people saying that I owe OnAir and I have been handed over to them. I called them to find out i spoke to Elroy and Mpho Morake. They are telling me that my name was handed over to them by OnAir yesterday on 2021/05/20. When I questioned them about it and told them to remove my name from their database as i don't owe ONAIR or even have an account with them. And they told me that they can't removed my name from their database and I must call OnAir.

Mpho gave me the numbers but there was no one answering at OnAir. She also gave me an email address for the MBD Query department which is ***. I have sent the paid up letter from OnAir that I received on 2019/09/26 that states that I have paid up my account and its closed.

I was my name removed from MBD's database as in yesterday. I don't want my name to be blacklisted for *******. Remove my name and my details from your data and stop sending me sms' or calling.
