Account Closed Letters
I have been trying to get hold of consultants with no luck. On the odd occasion you do get through and explain your situation you get cut off due to bad reception, as they all work from home. The 2 accounts I have is listed as CLOSED. I requested/or tried letters more than a month ago and to date still nothing. My accounts are CLOSED so I do not see what the hold up is or are you trying to collect closed/prescribed debt which MBD is known for doing.
