ACCOUNT CLOSED IN 2013 GETTING HARRESSED

My virgin mobile account was closed in DEC 2013 as paid up. <br> this year since early march i have been harassed almost daily by MBD regarding payment of an account. each time i call i requested their statement of my account, i know they can produce this as i have working with debt collecting systems before. i have my bank statements showing that the amount has been paid a long time ago. <br> <br> they even state that last payment was made last year april. each time they send an sms to me it is of a different amount. sometimes less sometimes more.<br> <br> and now my husband has been getting sms for a virgin mobile account that he doesnt even have and never in his life signed up for.<br> <br> this is madness
