Account being debited without arthoriasation

<p>I am a very angry person right now, My account is being debited every month with different amounts and I did not give permission to do so. I do not work and this is affecting my credit rating. I would like you to have that fixed immediately. Contact me because you guys never pick up your phones, they will ring and ring until the airtime is finished or when you get through an incompetant staff member will answer so abrupt like i owe them something. If this happens one more time i will have to take this up with the law society and ombudtsman for banking. Your staff memebers are extremely rude and unprofessional, no manners whatsoever. Can somebody get back to me because i live very close to the law society it will cost me nothing to go there personally.</p>
