Abuse of wrong cellular number continues

I have taken numerous calls from MBD and asked them to remove me from their system for my number is linked to a *********'s account, and though they confirm each time that they will, it never happens. The calls, the SMS's have become so many that it borders on abuse and I will investigate lodging an interdict against them.
