Abuse and humliation

Yesterday i received a call from Motshidisi at MBD Attorneys, call received at 13:38pm, after confirming my details she asked me that the last time i made payment was in June. I then explained to her that the reason why i am in arrears is because i got retrenched the end of June, i am still waiting for UIF to process payment. She dropped the phone on my ear. MBD it is how you treat people who have been handed over to you?? i am not sure what feedback or comments did she put to close the call. The reason why this account has been handed over is because i have been in between jobs, contracting, i didn't plan to have been retrenched, i didn't plan to have been handed over. I have emailed all necessary documents confirming retrenchment. This morning, i received a threatening sms saying legal actions will be taken against me. It does not mean if you have been handed over you have to abuse us, humiliate us, your consultants when they phone us they abuse us on phones. as far as i am broke like a poor dog, no food at home, waiting for uif to process payment, borrowed phone and data to send this review. Honestly speaking this is total abuse, no one choose to handed over, i am not running away from my own obligations. You are humiliating us. When i was working i was paying this account every month. I am writing all this reviews but no one at MBD is willing to alleviate my situation. All i get it is humiliation and abuse.
