Absolutely appalling feedback

<p>Six months ago we received a letter of demand for alleged debt owing to the Emfuleni Municipality. We have tried to engage MBD as well have been emailing Emfuleni daily to try and establish how this alleged debt was incurred to no avail. Today we received a very threatening call from them again. This is simply not acceptable. Surely one needs to prove a debt if in dispute before harnessing someone? </p>
