Absolutely *********** and ********* Debt Collectors!

I am appalled by the disgraceful service from this debt collection agency. They have been relentlessly pursuing a prescribed claim from Virgin Active, which legally prescribed years ago. Despite my repeated explanations, their rude and completely untrained staff continue harassing me with no understanding of basic legal principles.

I was given the email of a so-called supervisor, Mr. Mpho Machake, to resolve the issue. However, he has blatantly ignored my emails, showing a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Their opportunistic tactics of trying to collect on legally unenforceable debts are both ********* and ********.

As an attorney, I strongly advise against entrusting any collections to this company. They are ***********, unresponsive, and seem to operate without regard for the law. Avoid them at all costs!!!!
