Absolute nonsense causing me a bad credit status!!!!

<p>I had a bayport loan that i had settled in full when i collected my package after going on maternity leave in 2014. </p> <p>Now after 2 years i am being contacted by MBD attorneys who constantly send me mesages and emails. I have on numerous occasions told them that this account was paid up in full and they still contact me with every agent asking me to pay.</p> <p>This has now caused a negative reflection on my credit status and is not allowing me to be approved for a bond.</p> <p>This has gone too far.</p> <p>I have not kept the proof of payment after all this time but I went into the Durban branch, got a settlement letter and went to the bank immediately and made payment to settle this account. So where has this new claim come from all of a sudden???</p> <p> </p> <p>Annoyed EX-CLIENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
