i requested that my debit order go off on the 30th of every month, i received an sms stating you are tracking my account from the 25th, who the hell are you to debit an account that has no money in it on the 25th causing me unnecessary bank charges. you can take the bank charges i have had to pay on my absa bank account because of your incompetency as well as your complete failure to listen and put it against the cell c account im paying. i know that tracking DOES NOT MEAN debiting the person's account if there is no money!
