ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE ATTITUDE FROM MBD ATTORNEYS!!

The consultant contacted me regarding my outstanding TV License. Fair enough, I had completely forgotten about it. She stated how much is outstanding and said I must pay immediately. I then said to her, I am in a bit of a financial rut and can only afford to month end and then pay it off in installments. She then goes on to say how I can pay and that I agreed to pay the full amount end of the month. I said to her, no, as discussed I can only pay in installments. Again she says pay the full amount. I said to her If i could I would but I absolutely cannot. She then tells me its no use cause every month I would be charged interest and R71 ADMIN fee!!! Are you kidding me???? I said I will see what I can do and she says thanks and LITERALLY PUTS THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR!!! How rude!!!!!! ATLEAST I agree to pay what is owing, even if it is in installments!!!
