A rude Zatile Mthembu
I received a call from a Zatile Mthembu who was absolutely rude and even insulted me with her colleagues thinking she put me on hold, when confronted she laughed and hang the phone up while I was speaking. She even raised her voice. When I requested to speak to the manager... She refused.
