A ROTTIN BUNCH OF *******

<p>I've made arrangements to pay off my Cell C account to them @ R100 each month which was accepted. However, my balance only decreases by about R10. I've sent them numerous e-mails to which they never respond. All they do is send the new statements so i gave them a call. The consultant told me that only R25 goes towards my balance & the other R75 goes for admin fees because i don't want to make payments via debit order..for which they only take R11. Why if you pay them, the arranged instalment, must you pay them the way they want you to? Isn't paying them the point? & why do they not mention this to their customers before choosing a payment option? Why does a third of your money go to them anyways? Can't they see that by having to make arrangements in the first place, one is having financial problems already to which they are just adding?</p> <p>A rottin bunch of ******* is what they are!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
