A little respect goes a long way

In all honestly times are tough and the economic state in our country is bad, I do not expect anyone to right off my debt but I do expect a little appreciation for what ever amount I can afford to pay towards the debt. And getting to my story a little respect when calling me to collect would go a long way, the fact that you are calling form attorneys does not give your agents any right to threaten, disrespect and speak to us as they please, please train them how to collect not how to be rude to consumers. Disrespect and arrogance is a no no.
