A JOKE
Although I have a settlement letter from the company they "claiming" I owe money to these ppl will not stop harassing me. I have spent so many hours on the phone explaining to them yet they keep threatening me. I have never realized that there is such incompetence in this country. The call center staff are on another level. I spoke to 27 people today and I got to the point where they must just take me to court.
