A good way Attorneys milk us, but how do we get support, or where do we get support

I stopped paying my truworths account because nobody wants to give me a statement. Truworths says because my account is handed over to MBD, they cannot assist. I call and email MBD, and they just say that they cannot provide a statement. They call every 2nd day for payment but cant give a statement. I dont know my final total and i can be paying forever. How can i go about reporting them, as they are the cause of me paying more interest now.
