This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star.

My parents cancelled a vodacom contract years ago, and out of the blue MBD sends an email stating that they are representing Vodacom and a letter is attached and the certain ref should be used to open the letter. The letter cannot be opened because WE DO NOT HAVE A REF NR, and one wasn't supp****. They don't answer their telephone lines, and doesn't respond to emails. After seeing all the complaints on hellopeter we will not waste energy on this, as it clear that something is not adding up with this "company".
