Vodacom handed me over to mbd in May they didn't even contact me to let me know I've been handed over and how am I making arrangement for payment recently found out when I did my credit score,phoned a thousand times I'm getting no help wrote a letter to dispute this account one says they see only the id can I attach my letter to my ID next day the one is not seeing anything sent this letter 50 times to info@mbd,contact@mbd,query@mbd and *** who they claim deals with vodacom she is worse cause I've had no response from her since people are working from home calls can't be pu through whoever you got hold of doesn't have a clue what you talking about.I'm being passed from one person to the other at vodacom people don't know what they doing bunch of *********** people.im so heart broke as this is ruining my name no bank can touch me with vodacom over my shoulder like this ?
