7 year old Debt only arising now???
<p>To whom it may concern,</p> <p>With regards to the above-mentioned accounts, apparently I owe money to MTN for these accounts. I have not been contacted by MTN or MBD in the last 5-7 years with regards to this, I only found out about this now!</p> <p>According to The Prescription Act 68 of 1969, after 3 years the debt prescribes, mine has been between 5 and 7 years.
