7 year old Debt now due!
I just received an SMS stating my Absa Homeloan has been handed over and I need to contact MBD for payment arrangements. I have not received a call, e-mail or SMS with regards to this in over 7 years, where do these people come from? This Debt were to be written off 4 years ago already as per the Prescription Act. Can somebody please call me with regards to this to sort it out?
