A person must first complain on this platform in order to be promptly assisted by this company.
Endless phone calls when collecting their money but when its time to issue paid up letters its always stories. It doesn't make sense to wait months for a paid up letter.
Its not fair that these creditors force us to deal with such companies🤦♂️
