4Months and counting waiting for a Settlement letter.
I regret having my account handed over to this horrible Company with disrespectful agents, I was called every day to settle my account, and when I did they stopped calling and now I have to run around seeking a settlement letter. Their number is forever not answered. Can WE PLEASE SEND OUT EMAILS TO LEGIT COMPANIES TO STOP HANDING OUR ACCOUNTS OVER RO MBD. Their service is very HORRIBLE AND THEY DON'T RESPECT THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE SURE THEIR BILLS ARE PAID.
