I am utterly disgusted by this collections firm. I have been retrenched and received my severance pay and made an offer to to pay my credit card on a compromise discount , as suggested by one of their consultants. This was supposed to be referred to FNB for approval over a month ago. I have called them and spoke to numerous individuals and sent them countless emails. To date my request has not been actioned. The so called manager Sempati Jengece is useless and does not respond to emails and shows no interest in assisting. John has poor telephone manners. I am trying to settle my debt but I am the one chasing them. FNB will never get their money if they use such a pathetic service provider.
